Tools package

€450 excl. VAT / month per active engagement, on top of the day rate. Covers tooling, licences and infrastructure — including AI-assisted development (Claude Max). Any started month is due in full.

Billing

30% deposit on signature for engagements over 5 days, deducted from the first invoice
Monthly invoicing for engagements over one month
Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
Any started day is due; half-days are billed at 60% of the day rate
Two revision cycles included per deliverable; defect fixes are covered by a 30-day warranty and never consume revision cycles

How I work

Full remote, with my own equipment and tooling
Committed to deliverables and milestones, not hours of presence
Reachable on WhatsApp — replies within the hour in most cases during business hours
On-site by exception: day rate ×4 plus travel expenses
Non-exclusive: I work with several clients, under NDA when required
